Bass - slow due to summertime heat and boat traffic. The fish have moved off shore and it's difficult to fish for Bass due to the amount of boat traffic during the summer. Once we get past Mid September, the bass will move shallow again and we'll start doing Bass Trips again.
Perch - the white perch bite is on fire, which catches of 100-200 perch per day during the summer months. If you want to fill you freezer with perch fillets, now is the time to book your trip. This is a great option for young kids due to the fast and furious action provided by these huge schools of white perch.
Crappie - the crappie bite has slowed down a little this summer, as the fish have scattered out along the main river channel. The bite will pick up considerably by Mid Sept, so that's when you want to schedule your next crappie trip.
Catfish - the catfish bite has been good all summer, with channel cats, flat-heads and Blue cat fish up to 25 lbs being caught on a daily basis.
Perch/Catfish Combo - this is your best option over the summer. We routinely catch 100+ perch and 15+ catfish on a summer morning combo trip.
Bluegill - excellent for small to medium size fish. The bluegill will bed all summer, so it's fairly easy to catch a lot of these fish all summer. This is a great option for young kids due to the fast and furious action.
